It was reported on the 11th of November 2020 that Argentine and Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Alexis Mac Allister tested positive for Corona Virus. The Pandemic hit the world towards the end of 2019 and affected a lot of people; athletes, and laymen, alike.
Alexis was one of the footballers who tested positive for the virus and had to be quarantined while observing self-isolation for at least a week. He noticed the symptoms on the 9th of November and had to get tested.
He is however not the only Mac Allister who tested positive for the virus as his brother, Kevin Mac Allister had also tested positive.
Still, on the Coronavirus news, it is worthy to note that Alexis came with his mother to England and that she couldn’t return back because the Corona Virus pandemic had just hit and travel restrictions were already in place therefore she was held back in England for a couple of months before she was finally able to return.
