Jessie Fleming is a soccer star currently playing as a midfielder in the English Women’s Super League for Chelsea and the Canada Women’s national team. She is one of those whose devotion to the game of football made them start playing at a tender age.
She played collegiate football for UCLA Bruins women’s soccer team of the University of California in Los Angeles from 2016 to 2019. She is one of the youngest playmakers to debut for the senior side of the Canada national team at just 15 years, 278 days old.

She was a sports-loving person- part of the reason she played soccer, hockey and participated at various track and field, and cross country events. She kept playing for the club until she left to attend the University of California in 2016.
She started her elementary education at the Ryerson Public School, where she competed in cross-country events without any defeats until her last days. She enrolled at the London Central Secondary School for secondary education. while there, she participated in the OFSAA track and field and cross-country; wining the novice girl’s 4000m race at the OFSAA Cross Country Championships in 2012.
A year later, Fleming contested and won the midget women’s 1500m and 3000m competitions at the OFSAA Track and Field Championships. In 2015, she picked a gold medal in the junior women’s 3000m race. She later transferred to H.B Beal Secondary School where she completed her grades 11 and 12 and rounded up in 2016.
She majored in materials engineering with a minor in environmental science at the University of California.
