Christian Guzman was born on the 20th day of February 1993 in Houston, Texas. While in high school, he so much loved playing guitar that he eventually joined a band that plays rock. However, the band was disbanded and Guzman changed his direction and turned his attention to health and fitness management. It was during this period that he was able to create and develop his own fitness program.

In 2011, Guzman got admitted into Texas Christian University to study, but he forfeited without completing the degree program to enable him to pursue his dreams in the fitness business.

Prior to his dropping out of school, Guzman started his fitness vlog in 2012 by making personal videos of weight-lifting tips and instructions. You may be tempted to ask why he became so successful within a short period of time? He incorporated some aspects of his personal life into it and is self-described as similar to “reality television.”
