He started playing basketball at St. Benedicts Prep in Newark, New Jersey, where he began his high school education. While there, he part of the school’s 2017 and 2018 NJISAA state championship teams.
The guard was also instrumental to the success of IMG Academy in capturing the 2019 GEICO High School national champion after spending 2 seasons (2017-2019) with the team. He transferred to the Patrick School in Hillside, New Jersey, where he played as a senior in 2019/20 and spearheaded his side to a sectional championship.
After high school, he picked East Carolina University (ECU) men’s basketball team in line with his vision of going pro. However, it didn’t go down well with him as lack of adequate playing time hampers his progress. But, he is not the kind of player that doesn’t want to grow, so, he chooses to move again.
This time around, he moved to Eastern Michigan University where he would focus on both his basketball career and college education.

4. Some Basketball Fans And Critics Fault His Move Away From IMG ACADEMY
Quite a number of fans and critics faulted Farrakhan’s move away from IMG Academy to Patrick School in Hillside, New Jersey. Some speculated that the move was even responsible for a drop in his tempo.
They claimed to play closer to home distracted him, as he did far more better at IMG than at the Patrick School, believing the team wasn’t good for him. To them, IMG Academy has produced some talented high school basketballers, and if so, he should have stayed.
5. He Is Not The Grandson Of Louis Farrakhan
Many people may think Noah Farrakhan is the grandson of the former leader of the Nation of Islam (NOI) Loius Farrakhan simply because they share the same surname. They are not related by any means.
However, the late Islamic leader has a grandson Mustapha Farrakhan Jr. who plays basketball. So, people often questioned whether the two are related. They are only linked by the name and nothing else.
