Richard Morgan Fliehr is better known as Ric Flair. He is an American professional wrestling manager and a retired professional wrestler as well.
Ric Flair is often regarded as the greatest professional wrestler of all time. He spent over four decades in wrestling. Flair is recognized as a 16-time world champion, 8-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion and he was the first person to complete WCW’s Triple Crown.

Ric Flair is known to be an ardent spender. He spends his money on luxury cars worth around $72,000. He also had in his possession a Chevrolet Camaro ($61,140) a 1999 Bentley Arnage T (72,000) and also a Mercedes Benz ($32,000).
In September 2007, Ric Flair started a financial business that was named after him. Unfortunately, in July 2008 the company filed for bankruptcy. It wasn’t long after that that his former employer filed a lawsuit against him. It was stated that Flair owed them over $40,000 and he hadn’t appeared at events that he was obligated to appear at.
His arrest was issued in May 2011 when Highspots Inc. claimed he violated the terms of his settlements. He had initially given Highspots Inc. his NWA World Heavyweight Championship belt as collateral for a loan he collected.

Flair used to live in a mansion in Charlotte NC which was said to be around $1 million in worth. Who would have thought that the big pay-per-view wrestler would one day be evicted from the house after he was unable to pay his rent?
Also, his fifth marriage to Wendy Barlow in September 2018 cost the former wrestler a fortune. He reportedly bought her an engagement ring that cost nothing less than $100,000.

In another legal filing that was released in 2019, it was stated that he failed to pay his full tax amounts for his earnings between 2016 and 2018. The filing showed that he owed the federal government about $240,000 and the state of Georgia $40,000.
In 2019, Ric Flair had a heart surgery that left him a $1.8 million medical bill which was not covered by insurance.
Ric Flair Has Been Released from the WWE
In 2020. Ric Flair signed a WWE Ambassador contract and it was reported that he would be earning more than what he had during his career in WWE.
This was after he requested his release from the WWE from WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon. The latter granted his request and he was officially released on 8 March 2021.
It was reported that he planned to pursue other business interests which include his own line of wine, a comic book, and a network.

Flair seems to have a thing for marriage. He first got married in 1971 to Leslie Goodman. They had two children: Megan and David before they divorced in 1983.
He married his second wife Elizabeth Harrell in 1983 and had two children: Ashley and Reid. Flair and Harrell divorced in 2006 after being married for 23 years.
Flair’s third wife was Tiffany VanDemark. They got married on May 27, 2006.VanDemark filed for a divorce in 2008 and it was finalized in 2009.
Ric Flair married his fourth wife, JacquelineJackie Beems on November 11, 2009. The marriage lasted for barely three years before their divorce came as well.
Flair decided to move on with his love life as usual. He remarried for the fifth time on 12 September 2018 at a resort in Florida. Flair married his maid in the WCW, Wendy Barlow.

3. His political ambition
In 2016, Ric Flair announced he was running for the office of the President of the United States of America. He had initially wanted to run for the governor of North Carolina in 2000.
He also announced that his running mate was Waka Flocka Flame. He ended up not filing a Statement of Candidacy eventually.
4. Ric Flair has had a few sexual misconducts allegations
The 75 year-old was accused of wearing his signature wrestling robe while naked on a plane. He was accused of forcing a female flight attendant to touch his penis.
The flight attendant later sued the WWE and the case was settled out of court.
5. Flair was charged with assault and battery in 2005
Aside from having real-life feuds and backstage problems or rivalry, Flair has had some legal problems as well. He was arrested after he was involved in a road rage where he was reported to have grabbed the motorist by the neck and damaged his vehicle.
He was subsequently charged with two misdemeanors: injury to personal property and simple assault and battery.
