Marc Bergevin’s wife is the daughter of Raymond Duke and Joan L. Lederman. She was born and raised in Chicago alongside her two siblings: Craig (Nancy) and Lynn.
Her parents were married for 53 years until her mother passed at the age of 79 on March 1, 2014. Two years later, her father also died at the age of 81as a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Even though her exact age is not available at the moment, Bergevin is said to be 60 years at the moment. He was born on August 11, 1965, in Montreal Quebec. According to reports, he has only one sibling.

Ruth’s Children Have Followed Their Father’s Career Path
Her oldest son, Wes Denis Bergevin was born on November 9, 1995. He used to play for the Hinsdale Central as the goalkeeper. He helped his team to a conference and regional championship in his junior season and his team was ranked fifth in the nation and first in the state of Illinois.
Before we graduated high school, he was reportedly an all-sectional honoree. As for his club career, he played for both the Elipse Select Soccer Club and the Oak Brook Soccer Club. He was also a two-time team captain. Based on his Instagram profile, he is into photography also.

Wes is not the only child that has followed his father’s footsteps. Rhett who is also a graduate of Hinsdale Central participated in High school hockey for three years. He also played golf and while he was earning a degree at the foster school of business, again played for the hockey club.
The only daughter of the family is equally an athlete. Elle is said to be a level 5 gymnast competing for Seawind. She has also competed as a track and field athlete.
Elle was a member of the high jump gymnastics team at Hinsdale Central High School Illinois before she graduated in 2015. She also graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2020.

Ruth Bergevin is a very private person and has lived in the shadows for years. However, the father of her three children was fired from the Montreal Canadiens on November 28, 2021. However, on January 9, 2022, he was hired as a senior advisor to the general manager for the Los Angeles Kings.
