Well, her family encompass her Puerto Rican parents who moved to the United States, a sister who introduced her to boxing and a brother-in-law, Jordan Maldano who has been her trainer.
Who are Amanda Serrano’s Parents?
Serrano’s parents are native to Puerto Rico. Her father was a supporter of her dreams in Martial Arts while she was starting while her mother did not show support until later.
Nonetheless, her grandparents were born in Carolina, a municipality city in the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Amanda and her sister Cindy was born in the same town in 1982 and 1988.
When the World Champion was a young girl, the Amanda Serrano family moved to New York to settle in a community that is largely occupied by Puerto Ricans nicknamed Nuyoricans.
Along the line, the family relocated to Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.
Members of the Serrano family have contributed in different ways to the life of Amanda. Apart from encouraging her in the traditions and cultures of Puerto Rico even in the United States, it was through family events that she started to gain exposure to athletics.
Although she was not interested in sports at first, her sister would give her reasons to change her mind.
Her Siblings are Into Boxing
The siblings of Amanda Serrano are Cindy Serrano and Keith Colon who is also known as Keith Tsunami.
Cindy Serrano Introduced Amanda to Boxing and Held the Title of (WBO) in 2016 and 2017
The 19820508 old Cindy “Checkmate” Serrano is the older sister of Amanda. She was born in Puerto Rico on May 8, 1983.
Cindy started boxing training in order to reduce her weight. At the time, her sister Amanda was 12 years old and would go with her to the gym.
Along the line, her training turned into a passion that would lead to a boxing career. Her boxing champion younger sister started going to the gym with her and also developed a keen interest in the sport.
The Serrano sister would subsequently become a part of the Real Deal Fight Team with Amanda. She has also won many titles including World Boxing Organization (WBO) in 2016 and 2017.
The Serranos became the first sisters to hold world titles from major sanctioning bodies at the same time. Amanda still credits her sister to being responsible for who she is
She Has Identified Keith Colon as Her Brother
Also known as Keith Tsunami, Keith Colon, amateur boxer is a Puerto Rican-American who was formerly ranked No. 2 in the United States.
His skill in the sport made The Real Deal claim that he could bring her down.
The young athlete from Newark has been declared the younger brother of Serrano on numerous occasions.
The female boxing champion has also identified Keith as her brother. To add to this, Colon has called her out as his older sister a number of times on social media.
While their blood relationship is not ascertained, there is no denying that they hail from the same country and are involved in the sport. Well, they’re also close enough to train and go sparring.
Keith is not the only one the record-breaker identifies pro boxers, Xander Zayas and Bruce Carrington as “lil brothers”.

She Has a Brother Named Danny
Danny lives a more private life but according to the MMA star on social media, she has a brother named Danny.
Danny is married to Marlene Laspina Serrano who also lives away from the spotlight.
Is Amanda Serrano Married and Does She Have any Children?
Amanda may not be married but has close relationships with a number of men including Jake Paul. She is signed to his Most Valuable Promotions.
She also has a good relationship with her trainer Jordan Maldano – also her brother-in-law and the husband of her older sister, Cindy.
In addition, the Guinness World Record holder may not have children but is an aunt. Her nephews include Dylan and Jovan while her nieces are Destiny and Skylar, and perhaps still counting.
