Her husband is deeply devoted to his family as shown by his outburst when a fellow fighter threatened his kids. The former rugby league footballer-turned-boxer charged at Paul Gallen at a press conference held ahead of their on September 15, 2022.
Apparently, Paul made a comment about k*lling both Hodge and another opponent Ben Hannant in the build-up to their upcoming match. While physical sports like boxing and MMA are known for the bragging and jabs before a major match, Hodge took it personally when Gallen told him to ‘kiss your kid’s goodnight’ prompting his walking out in a rage.
According to him, Gallen had crossed the line when he implied that he may not see his kids again. Whatever the case, Gallen will be facing Hodge and Hannant in their Thursday match.
