As far as the wrestling industry is concerned, Taeler Hendrix has one of the coolest names in the business, as well as the attitude and success to back it up. The American pro wrestler made a name for herself competing in independent promotions across the country including the likes of Top Rope Promotions, Ohio Valley Wrestling, New England Championship Wrestling, Total Nonstop Action, National Pro Wrestling League, and World Women’s Wrestling. She is considered one of the toughest competitors anyone could go up against.
Hendrix has won several titles and honors over the years such as the Ohio Valley Women’s Championship which she picked up three times. She was also crowned Miss OVW in 2012, the TNA Gut Check winner, the inaugural Queen of Combat Championship winner, two-time Queen of Combat Tag Team Championship winner, and the 2015 QOC Tournament champion. Hendrix has been through her fair share of ups and downs including battling cancer, but she has continued to draw inspiration and strength to move forward from her struggles.
She has also been victimized and shamed for her body as many people considered her too slim to be taken seriously as a female wrestler. Hendrix has fought to overcome an eating disorder, depression, suicidal ideation, and the sexual abuse that is rampant in the wrestling profession.
Taeler Hendrix Biography
Hendrix was born Taeler Conrad-Mellen on the 7th of June 1989, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. There is not a lot of information available about her early life, but it is no secret that she had a hard time growing up. For a long time, her family was on the verge of poverty and it was the desire to make a better life for herself that drew her to combat sports.
At the age of 17, Taeler Hendrix began training to become a wrestler. She made her professional debut in 2008, competing for New England Championship Wrestling. She accompanied Brandon Webb to a match against Kristian Frost, which the former lost. That same year, she made her first appearance for Top Rope Promotions. Hendrix then went on to compete in the World Women’s Wrestling in a debut winning effort against Ariel but ended up not winning the championship.
Moving on, she fought for Showcase Championship Wrestling, where she scored her biggest career win after defeating Awesome Kong, a former TNA Women’s Knockout Champion. She made her debut for Chaotic Wrestling on April 29, 2011, in a losing match against Lexxus. She was forced to leave the promotion months later after she lost a Loser Leaves match to Mistress Belmont.

She would go on to win it two more times on July 7, 2012, and December 1, 2012.
She made her first appearance for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on June 21, 2012, in the Gut Check Challenge. She signed a developmental contract with the promotion the following week, but her time there proved to be unrewarding, and she was released from the contract on July 3. Hendrix spent some time at Ring of Honour in 2010, then returned in September 2015 and remained with the organization until April 2017. She joined her current promotion Queens of Combat in 2014 and made her debut on March 21, scoring a resounding victory against Serena Debb.
Also, Hendrix has made appearances in WWE as a Rosebud, as well as Shimmer Women Athletes.
