In the small municipality of Novo Hamburgo, Brazil Alisson Ramses Becker was born on the 2nd of October, 1992. Although he was born and raised in the South American country, Becker who is of German descent from his father’s side of the family can fluently speak English and Portuguese.

When Alisson was ten he was enrolled in the academy affiliated with Sports Club Internacional and by the time he was twenty-one Becker made his debut in professional football but he only played with the academy’s team, the first match he played took place on the 13th of February, 2013 and in August of that year Alisson played his first match in the Série A league. During this time he represented his country in Under-17 and under-20 games before he was asked to join the country’s main team.

Becker played for Internacional for three years, where he played in more than a hundred matches and for each season he played he won a championship title. After spending all his formative years as a football player in Internacional, Becker was bought by the club Roma, this club is part of the Italian league Serie A, and they also play in the UEFA Champions League which is where Becker played his first match for the team. The first game he played was against FC Porto and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
