She was born Brill Aldridge on December 8, 1965, in Illinois, to Judy Aldridge and Jeffrey Aldridge. It was also in Illinois that she was brought up alongside a brother Jeff Aldridge.
Brill got her formal education from Central High School, Hinsdale, Illinois before proceeding to Princeton University, and later Ivy League School, Harvard University.

Jason Garret started his career as an American football player while in college as a quarterback. He began his journey to becoming famous at Princeton University before moving to Columbia University and later Princeton University again.
He began his professional career as a player as a free agent for New Orleans Saints (1989-1990). He further played for San Antonio Riders (1991), Ottawa Rough Riders (1991), Dallas Cowboys(1993-1999), New York Giants (2000-2003), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2004), and Miami Dolphins (2004).
His coaching career kicked off as a quarterbacks coach for the Miami Dolphins from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, he became an offensive coordinator for Dallas Cowboys, and from 2008 to 2010, he served as the team’s assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. He further served as the team’s interim head coach and head coach from 2010 to 2019. Currently, he is an offensive coordinator of the New York Giants.
Throughout his career of playing American football, he was able to become a two-time award winner of Super Bowl champion (XXVIII, XXX). As a coach, he became PFWA Assistant Coach of the Year (2007), and NFL Coach of the year in 2016.
Her husband’s father was an American football coach and her brothers-in-law Judd and John Garret also played professional American football. They currently coach.

Brill and her husband Jason created an establishment known as Jason Garret Starfish Charities a few years after they wedded. The organization assists young people who have an interest in sports find their grounds and become more open to scholarships. Furthermore, the establishment also focuses on supporting reading at Gabe Allen by hosting a book club.
In addition to that, Brill also volunteers with the fourth-grade class at Gabe Allen.
