While on the date the man who would later become her husband, tried to win her a teddy bear at the trade fair games but couldn’t. He disappeared only to reappear a little while later with the biggest teddy bear at the carnival for her, which she later found that he bought. Eugenia didn’t know this and would later find out in years to come how the teddy bear got to her. That marked the beginning of their relationship and then three years later, they got married.

Eugenia and her husband are blessed with three children.  The oldest child of the couple is Stephen Jones who was born in 1964, followed by  Charlotte Jones who was born in 1966, and then Jerry Jones Jr. who was born in 1969. 9. Her husband was once involved in a case with a stripper 

Although her marriage had sustained many years, it hasn’t been one without some dramas of its own. Back in 2014, photos of her husband with a stripper was leaked to the public. The stripper, Jana Weckerly alleged in a 2009 incident, she was assaulted by Jones, and so she dragged the matter to court, seeking compensation of $1 million.

The Cowboys owner insisted the photos that were circulating were a misrepresentation of what actually happened. The pals of the stripper insisted they were too drunk on the night of the party to recall what actually happened, hence they couldn’t testify if Jones actually grabbed Weckerly by the genitals and forcefully kissed her. The lawsuit was later dismissed as Jones counsels argued she let the matter down for a long time before she decided to file a suit. The former stripper and her team said they wouldn’t appeal the ruling.

Contrary to what many had expected her to do, Gene Jones maintained her calmness all through the ordeal without any public reaction.

10. She has many grandchildren

Eugenia is blessed with many grandchildren. She has nine grandchildren so far; her eldest son has four kids namely; Jessica, Jordan, Caroline and John while her daughter has three children; Shy, Paxton and Hayley. The youngest of Gene’s kids Jerry Jr has two children called James and Mary.
