3. He Started Amateur Boxing Few Months Before His 19th Birthday In 2012
Zorrialla began boxing as an amateur in June 2012, when he faced Alberto Machado in the Cheo Aponte Tournament. He fought at that level for four years, winning 26 and losing 12.
4. Danielito Went Pro In 2016
The Puerto Rican boxer decided to advance from amateur to professional status in November 2016. He made his pro boxing debut against Jesus Gonzalez, defeating him by technical knockout (TKO).
His professional boxing record is 17 wins and 1 defeat as of this writing. The loss was to Arnold Barboza Jr. for the vacant WBO Inter-Continental Super Light.
5. He Won The First Title Of His Pro Career In 2021
The Toa Baja native has yet to win a major world title, although he did win his first regional title since turning pro. He won the vacant WBO NABO Super Lightweight title by knockout (KO) over Ruslan Madiyev in March 2021. Furthermore, he successfully defended his title against Pablo Cesar Cano in September 2021.
