The talented Forward player was born Daniel William John Ings on the 23rd of July 1992 which makes him currently 28 years old. He was birthed in Winchester England to his father, Shayne Ings and a mother whose name was never revealed.
Since he was a little child, Danny Ings was never a fan of school even though he went to Netley Abbey Primary School for his early education and then he proceeded to Hamble Community Sports College.

Raised by a father who was once a footballer and who played for Netley Central Sports in Hampshhere, Danny Ings had an interest in playing football since he was a little kid. While all what most of his peers wanted to do was to go to school, the only interest he had was to play football.
His father worked as a a self-employed bricklayer which means that at a point, the family struggled very hard to even take him for his football practice.
Danny Ings had it hard at the start of his career because he was considered too small to play by youth teams. That did not stop him from playing for Netley Central Sports youth team before going on to play for Southampton and then AFC Bournemouth youth team.

In 2009, Danny Ings got his professional start for AFC Bournemout for which he played until 2011. In between, he was sent on loan to Dorchester Town. In 2011, he moved to Burnley where he played until 2015 whenhe was signed by Liverpool. While at Burnley, he appeared in 122 games, netting 38 goals in the process. He didn’t play for a long time for Liverpool before he was shipped on a loan deal to Southampton in 2018 and the following year, it was made a permanent deal.
Although he has recorded some individual accocaldes such as the PFA Team of the Year (2013–14 Championship) and Southampton Fans’ Player of the Season (2019–20), Danny Ings is still yet to win anything with any of his clubs. He came close to winning the UEFA Champions League with Liverpool in 2018 when the team ended as the runner up.
For the England national team, he got his first call to the England U21 team in 2013 and he continued to play for the team until 2015. He only got to appear for the senior England team in three games, scoring a goal since 2015 when he got his first call.
