She and her husband share 2 kids; a daughter, Malaniyah, and a son, Malik. Two years after the wedding she had her first child and daughter, Malaniyah born on 14th April 2016 and currently, 8 years old.

Her Husband’s Career Journey From Stockholm, Sweden To The United States
Yasemin’s husband started his journey into boxing in Sweden where he was born as 1 of his parents’ 8 children. He began as an amateur when he was 18 in 2001, and went on to record 150 wins and 25 losses at that level. In 2007, Swedish Boxing Federation recognized him as the boxer of the year.
Unexpectedly in 2008, he switched allegiance to represent the Gambia, the country of his father’s origins at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the middleweight category. However, he didn’t go far after losing to Indian boxer, Vijender Singh in the 1st round.
A year after the Olympics, launched his professional boxing career in his native Sweden. Interestingly, he began by winning via UD on 6th June 2009.
That same year, he came in contact with former American heavyweight champion, Shannon Briggs. In 2010, he moved to the United States to train with Briggs. The following year, he signed with Lou DiBella and Warrior Boxing Promotions and went to win 6 fights between 2011 and 2012.
In 2012, Floyd Mayweather signed the Gambian-Swedish boxer to the Mayweather Promotions. It was under Mayweather’s wings that Yasemin’s husband won 2 World titles in 2 weight classes; WBC super-middleweight (2014) and WBA light-heavyweight (2017).

Besides being a supportive wife and a proud mother, Badou Jack’s wife spends her time attending philanthropic activities and functions all over the world to help raise funds for refugees and orphanages. This aspect of her life has been made possible by her husband who founded the Badou Jack Foundation in 2018 and co-runs it with her.
The foundation’s mission is to give the less-privileged children a fighting chance in life all over the world by providing food, water, medicine, education, and mentoring. As part of its mission, the foundation has carried out several interventions through some of its initiatives. The Badou Jack Education Center located in the Baqaa Refugee Camp in Jordan provides children who couldn’t get an education because of a lack of money and physical disabilities. Through this, the foundation teaches the children mathematics, language, science, and reading.
