Youssoufa Moukoko is one of four children born to his parents Marie and Joseph on November 20, 2004. As such, he is 20 years old at moment.
The striker was raised alongside his siblings in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It was also there that he had his basic education. According to research, Koko as nicknamed spent the first 10 years of his life in Yaounde under the care of his grandparents before he relocated to Germany to be with his dad.
Information about Youssoufa’s siblings is limited. What is known is that one of his siblings named Borel Moukoko is also a football player and plays with Kosovan first tier with Ferizaj.
The Striker’s Father is a Citizen of Germany by Residence
As you would easily find, Youssoufa plays for the German national team even though his ancestry can be traced to Africa. His parents Marie and Joseph Moukoko are also natives of Africa and were raised in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
However, his father became a citizen of German by residence. He relocated to the central European country in the 1990s and worked in Hamburg. Upon Youssoufa’s birth, his father reportedly registered him in the German consulate in Yaounde and was presented with a German birth certificate.
