Anees Taj 2 was born at Watford General Hospital in Watford, Hertfordshire, on June 1, 1996. He is 28 years old at the moment.
Between 2007 and 2014, he was a student at Watford Grammar School for Boys, where he earned both his GCSE and A-Level qualifications. Upon his graduation, he attended the University of West London from 2014 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2018 to complete the Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice Course (LPC), respectively.
2. Taj 2 Has Pakistani And Scottish Origins

Anees was born with a cleft lip and palate on one side. It is a type of birth defect that affects approximately 1 in 700 babies in the United Kingdom and many more around the world.

4. Anees Started Amateur Boxing At 16
In March 2012, the Watford native joined the St. Albans & London Colney Amateur Boxing Club. He was trained by Jim Crawer, the gym’s head coach, and mentored by John Murphy at the time.
He made his amateur boxing debut on December 13, 2012. He fought at that level for 7 years, winning 26 and losing 9 of 35 contests. He also had his last amateur fight in June 2019.
5. He Turned Pro At 23
After an excellent amateur career, the 28-year-old discussed the necessity to become a pro with his family and mentor John Murphy. This was followed by the signing of his first professional boxing management contract with Mo Prior.
Anees made his debut on November 29, 2019, against Imantas Davidaitis, and won via first-round KO. His second fight was in February 2020, when he defeated Dmitrij Kalinovskij by unanimous decision after four rounds.
