Azamat Murzakanov was born on April 12, 1989 in Nalchik, Russia. Despite being discreet about his childhood and background, it is known that the MMA fighter started his career in his hometown after nursing the desire for a while.
He is one of a couple of Russians who has made it big in the sport. There are also the likes of Abubakar Nurmagomedov, Alexander Volkov, and Khabib Nurmagomedov who were all born in different areas of Russia. Nonetheless, his first competition in the UFC was against Guto Inocente on November 15, 2019. He has fought 4 other opponents since then and has always emerged victorious.
In total, Azamat has 12 wins as of April 2023 and a win in the April 15 fight against Dustin Jacoby would see, and an increase in his wins to 13.

With his move to New Jersey, The Professional joined and began to train with this academy located in Fairfield, NJ. The head coach and founder of K-Dojo is Murat MK Keshtov also known as Master K.
