Over the last decade, Carla has spent a lot of time researching fitness and nutrition, working hard at the gym, and building a strong social media presence to get to where she is today.

The Brazilian bodybuilder has had to push through numerous obstacles and endure a lot of disappointments before she was able to become a fitness icon, model, and influencer.

When she first started training, Carla didn’t know as much as she did today, so naturally, she made mistakes. However, she kept going. Carla joined Instagram and began sharing pictures and videos of herself working out and showing off her amazing journey.

She quickly gained lots of followers and fans and caught the eye of influencers, brands, and other key players in the fitness industry. Before long, Carla was being asked to advertise products on her social media pages to her legion of followers.

She scored a number of sponsorship deals and became a brand ambassador for several supplements, clothing, and fitness brands. In addition to that, she began getting offers to model for brands, magazines, and photographers, and her career as a fitness model was launched.

Carla continues to monetize her influence on social media and in the fitness industry, She currently has thousands of devoted followers on Instagram and is steadily gaining more with each passing day.

The Brazilian fitness model builds her imposing physique by undergoing intensive training sessions every day. Isolation exercises feature heavily in her routine. She does leg extensions, leg raises, glute kickbacks, leg presses, and a variety of other movements to isolate her muscle groups and achieve optimal contraction.

Carla also incorporates compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats into her workout routine to help develop her overall physique and also improve her raw strength and conditioning.

Her favorite body part to train is her lower body, which is not surprising seeing how well-formed her quads, legs, and glutes are.

Some of the exercises that Carla uses to shape her awesome curves are lying leg curls, barbell squats, leg press, triceps cable extensions, glute kickbacks, lat pulldowns, raw deadlifts, Russian twists, dumbbell hip thrusts, leg extensions, biceps curls, and overhead dumbbell press.

The Fitness Model Also Eats Right

As for nutrition, Carla enjoys eating several small and healthy meals throughout the day, but she occasionally treats herself to a cheat meal to satisfy her mind and body.

She also takes whey protein, multivitamins, and mineral supplements from time to time to meet her daily nutritional needs.

All of these have helped her to an incredible physique. Carla is quite tall, standing at a height of 5 feet 10 inches (177.5cm). From what’s obvious, whatever she weighs is perfect for her height.
