In her childhood, Cindy Landolt participated in a number of sports including swimming, snowboarding, skiing, and hiking.

Landolt has always been surrounded by people who encourage her to do what she believes is best for her, and when she was 5, Landolt decided that she wanted to become a gymnast. She joined a gymnastics team where she dedicated a lot of her time to learning how to become a gymnast.

As a member of the team, Landolt won a number of medals but when she started to go through puberty she had a growth spurt and by the time she was 16 she was taller than the required height of gymnasts. Her height was not the only deterrent to achieving her goal she also grew too muscular and as a result of this, she had to quit gymnastics.

With a knack for fitness, instead of quitting athletics altogether, Landolt decided to focus on muscle growth and body definition. Hence began the journey that would lead her to become a fitness instructor.

Cindy Landolt took classes at the Swiss Academy of Fitness with the aim of becoming a professional instructor. She was at this school for three years and by the end of that period, she received her diploma making her a certified gym instructor.

As an instructor, Cindy Landolt has worked not only worked with regular people but actors and sportspeople as well. She still finds time to work on her body; the bulk of her workout is squats, deadlifts and leg curls. All of this work on her core, legs, arms, and back.

Also known as the Swiss Superwoman, Cindy has made a successful career out of fitness with the gym she owns in her home country.

Her gym is called the Centurion Club and it is one of the best in Zurich. Landolt also runs a Live Stream training session this is separate from her YouTube channel.

With the Live Stream you can witness her work out sessions in real-time. She is the first person who has done this with fitness. Her major goal is to provide people with free fitness tips that people can use to make their lives better.

Since she became famous for her fitness endeavors, Cindy Landolt has never been romantically linked to anyone. This has caused some of her fans to wonder about her love life and on two occasions curious fans reached out to her on Twitter. They asked if she was interested in ever getting married to which she curtly replied that she has no interest in getting married.

Her reason for this is not known, neither is it clear if she despises marriage, from what she replied to these fans she was simply not fond of the institution of marriage.
