Daniil Medvedev’s wife, Daria Medvedeva is a Russian-born former tennis player. She used to play tennis while growing up but did not make a profession out of it. Daria and Daniil have been married for over a decade now.

When She Met and Married Daniil Medvedev
According to reports, the passion for tennis was what brought Daria and Daniil together. Daria and her team were on a lunch break when she first saw Daniil in a cafe during her local courts.
The two soon became friends before they later started dating. Their romance was made public in 2014, the same year Medvedev turned pro. On September 12, 2018, Daniil and Daria tied the knot in Moscow.
Medvedev has credited his marriage for his successful career. He once revealed in 2019 that before he proposed to his wife, he was in the 65th place in ranking but soon after his marriage, he move to the top 10. On several occasions, he referred to her as the most important member of his team.
Besides being a supportive wife, the Russian model doubles as her husband’s personal assistant. She helps him procure travel visas among other things. Daniil has also mentioned that her ability to understand the game has made him a better player.
Daria has been spotted at several events supporting her husband. Interestingly, she is not just a supportive wife but also a doting mother. On October 14, 2022, the tennis pro announced via Instagram the birth of their first child and daughter.
