Ernestine Sclafani is an American businesswoman and public relations executive but she is more famous as the wife of the American sports columnist and commentator John Edward Bayless who is better known as Skip Bayless.
Sclafani has worked at Weber Shandwick, a leading global public relations firm as the vice president. Her husband is well known for his work as a commentator on the ESPN2 show First Take.
