7. She fell In Love with Martial Arts At A Tender Age
The 34 year-old developed an interest in martial arts when was quite young. At that time, her parents used to take her to a Chicken Tizers by their house, and next to it was a karate school. She always stares into the school whenever she goes to the Chicken Tizers. Her parents noticed her obsession with it and decided to sign her up for an introductory class at the age of 5.

Nguyen started competing at the age of ten after earning her black belt. She went on to compete on the NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) circuit where she spent about seven to eight years and won a total of seven champions for forms, weapons, and team forms.
