While Gina Amir was busy chasing ‘girl’s best friend’ – diamonds, Michel Pereira was admiring the diamond that she is. At the end of the day, they both got and are settled with their precious jewels.
In simpler terms, Gina Amir is a Jeweler based in the United States of America. She spent most of her life fantasizing and preparing for the life she lives now. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she is also a WAG devoted to the life beside her UFC-fighting husband, Michel Pereira.
Together, Amir and Pereira have welcomed their own precious jewel, a son named Uzumaki.
The relationship also saw her in the midst of a boxer’s beef including her husband, Michel and Jorge Masvidal.
Gina Amir Pereira is Persian-born
Michel Pereira’s wife was born in 1989 in Iran and is of Persian descent. At the time of her birth, there was a revolution and soon after it was over, her parents relocated the family to Germany. Gina was less than a year old at the time.
She grew up in Germany and spent most of her formative years there. Gina Amir was well educated in Germany and began to grow more fond of a passion that she would grow to make a living out of.
She speaks German as her first language. However, she also got to learn Farsi as her parents always spoke to her in the language to remind her of her Persian roots.
Gina Amir remembers loving to pick flowers from a very young age just like the girls her age. However, instead of treating it as a hobby, Gina eventually got very involved in the creation of stuff and turned it into a passion.
She was introduced to the Jewish Religion by a Fiancé
Way back in the late 2010s, Michel Pereira’s wife, Gina Amir was in a relationship with a man named Vin Cohen. Vin was her fiancé and Jewish. He introduced her to the Jewish religion as she wasn’t born Jewish.
She learned to believe in the Jewish religion and faith. Her home country even has one of the largest populations of Jews.
Amir also clarified that she is not Arabic as her last name would suggest. The name is not peculiar to just Arabic people as even Israelis bear the name as first and last names.
Coming from a liberal family, her parents had no qualms with her choice of religion or what she decides to be known as.
Amir Began her Journey to Becoming a Big-time Jeweler as a Teenager
The Persian-born partner of a UFC welterweight fighter began her journey towards jewelry making at a very young age.
She was drawn to jewelry making when she first encountered her grandmother’s jewelry collection. Gina Amir was enthralled by them and then began to wire-wrap her own version of jewelry even before she graduated from grade school.
She studied gemology near Frankfurt, Germany, and began to expose herself to a world of opportunities. By the time she was 19, she earned a gemology license
Gina lived 3 years on the fast lane, traveling between Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland and many other countries attending jewelry expose. Amir would find the perfect reason to showcase her designs to whoever was interested.
She also got a job working for a big jewelry company that specialized in gemstones and jewelry, in general. She got to learn a lot from working there and she was able to tap into the business enough to get her set.
From her rodeo with the company, Gina was able to prepare well and set herself up to begin her own business. Her knowledge of gemology also gave her an edge when she was ready to go into the world and conquer.
She Owns Gina Amir Atelier
At the age of 19, Gina Amir opened her first jewelry shop in Cologne, Germany. She began by self-funding with money she saved up from her job in the company she worked for. She would deprive herself of the fine things in life so she could purchase all she needed for her store.
11 years into the business of jewelry production, Gina decided to move to the United States of America. In the beginning, she mostly catered to housewives and celebrities as a private jeweler.
She teamed up with her then-boyfriend whom she met in the trade and worked towards her L.A brand.
Eventually, Amir was able to set up her store in West Hollywood. She believed it was a district for creatives like her.
She has been able to grow her love for colors and gems, diamonds, and sea treasures into a business. Now, she takes great pride and joy in designing different types of jewelry for her plethora of clientele.
She uses Instagram and Facebook to advertise her jewelry and has models doing the job of advertising. One of her top models includes reality TV star, Draya Michele.
She is also open to designing the jewelry with her clients to fit their exact specifications.
Her Relationship with UFC Fighter has Birthed a Son
Sometime in the early 2020s, Gina Amir and UFC fighter, Michel Pereira started dating. The couple have consistently referred to themselves as husband and wife over the past year (2022) and the world has been made to believe that they are married.
There is no information about their wedding and marriage, though.
From their union, they welcomed a son named Uzumaki Mix. He was born on October 15, 2022.
The lightweight/welterweight boxer has shared images of his family and never fails to gush over them. On a few occasions, he has referred to Gina Amir and his son as his ‘everything’.
From some research, the relationship may have started in mid or late 2021.

Gina Amir was Involved in an Instagram Direct Message Scandal
A quarrel ensued between boxers, Michel Pereira and Jorge Masvidal when the former made a comment about Jorge sending an emoji to his wife’s DM.
36-year-old Gina was the center of the conversation as Jorge retorted, saying that Michel’s wife first sent him a message which he responded to with the emoji.
According to Masvidal, Demolidor was only trying to start up something to get a fight fixture with him.
He also published a screenshot of the conversation proving that it was indeed Gina who first sent him a message wishing him luck on a project.
Most people believed that it was disrespectful to Michel for his wife to have reached out to Jorge.
Gina had to finally respond to the entire ruckus and explained what happened.
She stated that the message was sent from her business account and not her personal Instagram account. As such, it could have been anyone managing the account that sent the message.
She further revealed that the message exchange happened way before she even met her husband. This was with the aim to eliminate the accusations about her being disrespectful to Michel Pereira.
At the end of her message, Gina Amir, Pereira’s wife and the mother of his son implored netizens to stop trying to pedal a controversy that isn’t there.
