Jason Siemon is an American Basketball player who spent his youthful years playing Basketball all over Europe. He was born and grew up in Iowa, the USA where he went to high school and subsequently received a scholarship to play basketball at Morningside College in Sioux also in the state of Iowa. He went ahead to study Business Administration, Management and Operations in the same university and after he retired from playing basketball in Europe he came back home and accepted a job at an energy company called BlueStar Energy and is doing well for himself and his family.
Jason seems to be a very private person for no information about his early childhood, family and siblings are made available at the moment.
He was previously married to South African television journalist, Lara Logan in 1998 but by 2008, the marriage had already ended in divorce. After his divorce from his first marriage, he found love again when he met his second wife Carolyn Holden a nurse who hails from Chicago and also a graduate of the Resurrection College of Nursing, they got married in 2013.

Jason and Lara had a rather interesting love story that no one would have thought would come to an end. The two first met when Lara was still not very popular. The two first set eyes on each other on a beach in London and fell in love almost instantly.
A few months after the two first meeting, the two decided to get married in 1998 and it was after this that her career as a journalist and a news reporter took off in full force. At first, they seemed very happy and very much in love, but that sustained until a decade later.
The Marriage Ended In A Messy Divorce
Jason and his wife Lara decided to get a divorce after they had been married for about nine years though neither of them disclosed why they were getting a divorce one can assume it was due to some irreconcilable differences they had in their marriage.
While Jason was in the process of getting a divorce from his wife Lara, all hell seemed to have broken loose for her because it was alleged that she was involved with three men at a particular time including Michael Ware of CNN. Lara was said to be pregnant for another man- a colleague at work while she was dating another person who was said to be her boyfriend while in the process of getting a divorce.
It was a trying time for Jason’s wife Lara for she had a lot on her plate at work and was in the process of being fired for giving a wrong report about an incident of a very sensitive nature in the news she reported. The media took advantage of her messy situation and exploited it to the best they could. Lara mentioned in an interview that, that period was one of the darkest times of her life for she could see stories of herself and family being plastered on the front page of newspapers all over town and all she wanted was everything to end so she can move on with her life.
To make matters worse for her, Joseph Burkett, the man she was pregnant for, was also married at the time, and on his way to getting a divorce, hence his wife dragged Logan as being the one that broke her marriage.

1. Jason Siemon played in different parts of Europe
After he graduated from high school and college he dived into the basketball world where he left the safety of his home and country to play in countries like England, Croatia, Australia, Greece, France, Holland and others for a period of twelve years, after that he returned back home.

Jason’s ex-wife Lara is originally a native of South Africa where she was born and spent her childhood she moved to the USA and began to work as a journalist after they got married.
3. It is not known if Jason Siemon has any kids
It is not established yet if Jason has children or not, for there isn’t any information about any children when he was with his first wife, on the other hand, has two children currently with her second husband and a stepdaughter from her second husband’s first marriage.

Jason’s ex-wife Lara is a fearless woman who pursued her career with all diligence and determination but unfortunately while reporting in Egypt in 2011 she was raped and beaten badly until she was rescued by some group of women, but even that did not stop her from continuing with her work.

Jason’s ex-wife was once a swimsuit model while she was in college in Durban South Africa before she started her journalism career. It is because of this that she is mostly referred to as a woman blessed with brains and beauty.
