Leah got her first-ever professional goal for Arsenal in a 4-0 bashing of Millwall Lionesses in the Continental Cup. She again got her first league goal against Chelsea. At the end of 2014, Leah made a total number of 12 appearances in  FA WSL and was named as the FA WSL Cup Player of the year for her outstanding display and stellar performance on the pitch.

Leah landed her first-ever professional deal with Arsenal in March 2015. Within the same year, she won awards such as; England Women’s Youth Player of the Year and was named the  2014–15 PFA Young Women’s Player of the Year.
