Lisa Marie Varon is a wrestler, fitness competitor, and bodybuilder who became famous during her reign as WWE Diva with the ring name Victoria. She was known as Tara in the Impact Wrestling Knockout. Varon has won several title championships at different times for both promotions.

The erstwhile bodybuilder and wrestler was born Lisa Marie Sole on the 10th day of February 1971 in San Bernardino, California, United States of American to her father, a Puerto Rican who fought during the Vietnam war, and her mother, Korean-born Turkish who worked as a singer in Japan. Lisa was raised alongside her 3 older brothers who later became amateur wrestlers. Bobby, the eldest of them all went on to win a gold medal during the Pan American Games in 1983. Talking about her racial background, she is American by nationality and belongs to the white ethnic group.
As regards her educational background, Lisa is one of the women in the world of wrestling that is highly educated and well-schooled. She began her educational journey when she was enrolled in Eisenhower High School, located in Rialto, California. While there, she was passionate and dedicated to cheerleading that she went to win an award from the National Cheerleading Association where she was selected to cheer at half-time of the NFL 1989 Pro Bowl, together with other 70 women.
Following her graduation from high school, she went further and got an admission into the University of California, Los Angeles where she studied biology. As if that wasn’t enough for her, Lisa again went to Loma Linda University where she studied medicine with the intention for becoming a physician.
After obtaining her degrees, Lisa worked briefly with the Inland Eye as a human tissue coordinator and with Tissue Bank, located in Redlands, California where she was in the process of organ donation.
Career
Initially, she started as a fitness competitor, which saw her competing in the 1997 edition of ESPN2 Fitness America Series which she won. Lisa also landed in the second position in fitness event in the city of New York and that achievement earned her the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) Professional Fitness Card in 1999.
Interestingly, Lisa’s attention is not only focused on her bodybuilding and wrestling career alone, but she also has her eyes on other areas of endeavor as well. First, she opened Fat Tony’s Pizzeria, a restaurant located in Louisville, Kentucky, which she sold out in 2007. She didn’t stop there, Lisa in partnership with her husband opened Black Widow Customs, a custom car shop in Louisville, unfortunately, and it was ravaged by a fire outbreak in 2010. And in 2013, she started a wrestling-themed restaurant called The Squared Circle, located in Chicago, Illinois.

Initially, Lisa Marie got married to a man named Lee Varon and that’s where she got her last name, Varon. The two love birds got married in 1994. However, the marriage came to a halt in 2015 when Lisa decided to move away from Chicago with insinuations that she is going away to take care of her sick mother. Although, there are speculations that the move was motivated by the fact that she found out about some secret text messages in her husband’s phone which came from a female employee in their restaurant.
