Lyn-Z was born in San Diego, California on the 21st of September 1989 bearing the name Lyndsey Adams Hawkins. She was born into the family of Ron Hawkins her Dad and Lynn Hawkins her Mum. She grew up at Cardiff-by-the-sea, in California, as well as in Sayulita, outskirt of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
