Christine and Rick have obviously been married for many years yet, it is not certain when the couple got together. Rick Keys
He is of African-American descent and a former college basketball player. The details about his age and early life are not well known even though there are speculations that he may have been raised by a single mother.
While he later left sports after he graduated from Augustana College, Rick was influential in his daughter’s decision to take up tennis. Reportedly, when Madison was four years old, she was so impressed by Venus Williams’s tennis outfits that she decided to have something like it.
In a twist of event, Rick and his wife agreed to get her the outfit if she started playing tennis. Notably, this early support marked her entry into the world of tennis. Subsequently, Madison reached the WTA and even won her first match at the age of 14.

Christine Keys
Considering the popularity that Keys is getting on the court, her mother also had a successful career as an attorney.
Regarding her education, she graduated from Marycrest University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. One would think that she would take a break from her studies, but it turns out that she had dreams of pursuing a legal career. It is not surprising that she moved to Chicago where she attended law school at the De Paul University College of Law.
Madison’s mother decided to intern in the 7-11 program to enable her to gain courtroom experience even while still a student. Thankfully for Christine, her law career took off shortly after she graduated in 1993. She worked in the Rock Island State attorney’s office where she handled misdemeanor and felony cases.
As you would easily find, she worked at the law firm of Winstein, Kavensky & Cunningham where she protected the rights of injured clients. Christine later sacrificed her career at the time that her daughter started getting attention in the tennis world. Notably, Christine retired from practicing law and moved to Boca Raton so Madison would get trained at the Evert Academy.
Considering Madison’s many titles in some of the biggest tennis tournaments, her sacrifice has paid off.

Their daughter may have put Christine and Rick’s names in the hearts of many fans of the sportswoman. However, she is not the only child born into the Keys family.
Madison has three other siblings who are all girls. Her sisters did not follow in her footsteps in tennis and have since remained in the background.
Her sister, Sydney Keys is the oldest among Madison’s siblings from their parent’s marriage. This is followed by two younger sisters, Montana Keys, and Hunter Keys.
