Torrent fought hard to maintain her leading position even as she was uplifted to the U-17 team. And during the UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship of 2009, she still captained the team into finishing at third place during the championship. She was able to score a lone goal when they played against Armenia and thrashed them ridiculously 16-0 that was at the qualifiers stage.
It was still at her teenage age that she joined the Montpellier HSC under-16 team. Her skilfull efforts helped the team to win the Coupe Fédérale 16. And of course her striving efforts during the tournament earned her a spot in the senior team that was in 2008.
She made her debut with the senior team in the game against Hénin-Beaumont on 1st May in the same year, however, she was only able to feature in four games in that season. Consequently at the 2008–09 season, was able to feature in 8 matches, starting in five, her determination led the team into claiming that season’s title of the Challenge de France.
During the 2009/2010 season, Marion Torrent earned a starting position playing with the jersey number of 4 she featured in the newly organized UEFA Women’s Champions League however, she was able to feature only in 4 matches helping her team to advance to the main rounds of the championship.
