The American professional boxer O’Shaquie Foster is a WCB super featherweight title holder. He is also known as “Ice Water” and “Shock” and has lived up to these names. Since his debut in 2012, he remained unbeatable for 4 years losing for the first time in 2016 when he faced Rolando Chinea.

His Professional Career began in 2012

Growing up, O’Shaquie Foster always had a thing for combat sports and in 2012 at the age of 19, he made his professional debut. The Texas native fought against Theo Johnson on September 8, 2012, and won the fight by a first-round technical knockout. He would then fight against several boxers and remained undefeated over the next 4 years compiling a record of 10-0.
Foster stepped up competition in 2016 and won against Lavisas Williams but his unbeaten streak came to an end in 2016 with a split-decision second loss to Rolando Chinea.
Nonetheless, Foster bounced back in 2018 after defeating contender Jon Fernandez via a unanimous decision on ShoBox. This victory also earned him the chance to fight against Fatiou Fassinou and Jesus Bravo. Following this, he earned the WBC Silver super featherweight title and defended his title twice against veterans Miguel Roman and Muhammadkhuja Yaqubov.
He earned his First World Title in 2023
In 2023, O’Shaquie Foster challenged for the vacant WBC super featherweight title against Rey Vargas who was the reigning champion at the time, and won the fight by unanimous decision.
Following his win, he then faced challenges from Eduardo Hernandez and Abraham Nova to defend his title. Foster won the fight against the former and retained his title via a dramatic TKO victory.
He is currently preparing for his second WBC super featherweight title defense against Abraham Nova to continue his reign as the super featherweight champion.
