Pablo S Torre is a sports writer, analyst, and commentator that has appeared on several sports shows but is mostly known for the daily show called ‘High Noon’ which he co-hosts Bomani Jones on ESPN. He began his career as a staff writer with Sports Illustrated concentrating on sports investigative journalism before he continued in boxing and basketball among other things.
In the years that followed, he did not only rise to become an award-winning media personality but has also become one of the best people in the business.

Pablo born Pablo Sison Torre is an American sportswriter born on September 27th, 1985 in New York City to Filipino parents with the mother being a dermatologist and father being a Urologist. He went to Regis High school located in Manhattan. While he was there, he was the president of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate team.
He would later receive a Sociology degree from Harvard College. He had started writing in college and even rose to become the executive editor of The Harvard Crimson. He was at Harvard from 2003 to 2007 and there, he was awarded the 2007 Albert M. Fulton Prize for best thesis of sociology.
More so, he was awarded the Sports Story of the year also in 2007 after his story was selected by the Associated Collegiate Press/American Society of Newspaper Editors).
After getting his degree, Pablo started writing for Sports Illustrated and he wrote mainly on basketball and baseball. He would then move to ESPN after 5years with sports illustrated in 2012. He joined as a senior writer and wrote for the ESPN magazine and website.
In 2014, Pablo joined the TV community when he covered for Tony Realli when the latter had to take a paternal leave from work. As of 2018, Torre co-hosts High Noon, a program that airs daily from ESPN with Bomani Jones. He now appears regularly on several shows on the ESPN channel and also helps contribute to National Public Radio.
Torre for his articles and commentary has been honored and awarded by several associations such as the US basketball writers association, the associated collegiate press amongst others.

Torre is happily married to his long-term girlfriend named Elizabeth Doherty. They got married in Brooklyn, New York on the 5th of November 2016 with most of his ESPN friends and colleagues in attendance.
The wedding was a private one and only a few pictures from the wedding were seen and he rarely appears in public with his wife leaving his followers to speculate whether he is married or not.
The couple welcomed their first daughter four years after their wedding. She was born on the 25th of February 2020. They named her Violet.
