Brenda Patea is a German model and ex-girlfriend of Alexander Zverev. She has walked in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and also won Mcfit Models’ new body award in 2017.

Her ex-boyfriend known as Alexander is a German professional tennis player who has been ranked as the world’s No. 3 by the Association of Tennis Professionals. Brenda and Alex were in a relationship for a few months and since the end of their relationship, things between them haven’t been rosy and smooth.

Brenda Patea was born Brenda Hubscher on the 2nd of September 1993 in Berlin, Germany. Her mother, Heike Hubscher raised and tended to her and her siblings, one of whom is recognized as Tobias ‘Toby’ Hubscher (an engineer), in Frankfurt an der Oder.

Brenda left her hometown in Berlin and became independent at the age of 16 in other to pursue a career in modeling. She featured in a couple of TV shows for models, including Germany’s Next Top Model. She became popular after this show as she finished in 10^th place.

In addition to being a model and social media influencer, Brenda also has a job as an Insurance Clerk. She also has dreams of becoming an actress in the nearest future.

What Transpired Between Brenda Patea And Alexander Zverev

Patea and her ex-boyfriend Alexander met during the Paris Masters in Paris. This was after her relationship with Baris Murat Yagci a Turkish-born model and actor. Brenda deleted her social media of traces of Baris in January 2019 and by late October of the same year, she met Alex.

Although she dated someone else before Alex, she did not reveal who. The model’s relationship with the unknown man reportedly lasted for just a short while. Alex, at the time of meeting Brenda, was fresh out of a relationship with fellow tennis star, Russia’s Olya Sharypova.

Brenda was in Paris for business while Alex was competing in the Paris Masters when they met. Their meeting happened on the 28th of October in a Café. They sparked off a conversation in the Café. Funnily, new friends chatted in German when they realized they hailed from the same place. At this point, Brenda did not know she was conversing with the World’s No. 7 tennis player.

The only thing Brenda knew at that time about Tennis was about legends Steffi Graf and Boris Becker. However, Alexander was kind and patient enough to teach her some things about the sport during their relationship.

Brenda and Alex became quite intimate and she began to attend his games to support and cheer him on. They also spent a great deal of time talking on the phone whenever he was away.  Their relationship blossomed despite Brenda being older than Alexander and it lasted for about 12 months before calling it quits. After the break-up, Brenda revealed she was pregnant.

The End Of The Romance And Its Aftermath

Just as their relationship news began to make waves on the internet from rumors, so did their break-up. However, it was confirmed when they both deleted their pictures and videos from their Instagram pages.

Brenda and Alex broke up in August of 2020. At this point, Brenda was already pregnant for the German tennis player. Speculations about the cause of the break-up arose and many people claimed the unplanned pregnancy was responsible. This rumor was debunked when Brenda stated that their split was a result of differences in individual perspectives that isn’t uncommon in relationships with athletes.

In light of their breakup, some controversies arose and Brenda had to call out her ex for lying. Alex was lying about his involvement in her pregnancy. According to her outburst, Brenda was fed up with the lies Alex told about their relationship.

During interviews, Alex claimed to be eagerly anticipating the birth of his child with the German model. This made a lot of people believe he was in touch with Brenda and kept up with her pregnancy progress. However, Brenda debunked this and asked the tennis player to stop lying. She said they hadn’t been in contact for months and he did not know as much as he was supposed to.

Brenda Had A Change Of Mind After She Gave Birth

Although Brenda was mostly quiet about the situation with her baby daddy, she finally had to speak up. This became important to do when a lot of people asked her questions about her relationship with the tennis player. Additionally, she stated that she was going to take full custody of her child and raise the baby as a single mother.

However, after the birth of her child, Mayla, in March 2021, she became open to Alex coming around. He was allowed to have some father-and-child time with the baby. Alexander also expressed his joy in being a new parent and both parents spend time doting on their little baby. The birth of Mayla obviously united the pair who have no problem spending time with each other and their baby.

Brenda never misses an opportunity to show off her baby girl to the world using her Instagram handle. She regularly makes videos showing off her life as a single mother. Also, she returned to work as an Insurance Clerk and whenever she has to be away, her mother takes care of her baby.
