The ESPN anchor was born Molly Qerim on March 31, 1984, in New Haven, Connecticut. She was brought up in a home that is mixed in both religion and ethnicity.

While growing up, her father had to take three jobs in order to move the family to the suburbs and also make sure they had everything they needed.
