Alex and Maddison Welcomed a Son Together in 2021
James Maddison’s girlfriend gave birth to their first child together on July 31, 2021. Prior to the birth of their son, the athlete took to his Instagram page to share the news with his fans.
On April 27, James Maddison wrote that he was a soon-to-be dad and that he was very excited. Accompanying the announcement was a picture of a baby scan, a pair of socks, and a jersey with the word ‘Daddy’ written boldly on it.
A few months later, Kennedy birthed Leo Cruz Maddison, their son. She kept fans gushing as she uploaded several pictures of her and her baby bump for the best part of her pregnancy.
On July 31, 2021, Alexa updated fans on the good news when she posted a picture of Leo with a beautiful caption. She wrote:
“Madders and I are on cloud nine! Thank you everyone for their kind words & love.”
Maddison also shared and still shares adorable photos of the baby. Leo Cruz is now 4 years old and has accompanied his mother to watch his dad play soccer a couple of times.
James Maddison’s Girlfriend Supports her Boyfriend
As already stated, Kennedy has been to watch her boyfriend’s games a couple of times. This is one way an athlete’s partner shows support for them. Alexa is even getting set to be part of a list of Wives and Girlfriends who would be joining their husbands to the World Cup.
James Maddison was named as one of Southgate’s 26 players to represent the English National Team in Qatar 2022. He will be playing alongside other forwards who were picked.
