Donte Deayon is currently playing American football as a cornerback for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He started playing at the college level for Boise State University.
While playing collegiately, he made it to the Aall-Mountain West Second Team three consecutive times from 2013 to 2015. He was also the preseason Jim Thorpe Award candidate for two straight seasons from 2014 to 2015. 1. He Was Signed To The Practice Squad Of The New York Giants In September 2016
After signing with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in May 2016, the cornerback was waived in September 2016. Afterward, he was signed to the practice squad the following day. A month later, Deayon was released on 13th October 2016.
On 9th January 2017, he went to sign a reserve/future contract with Giants. He gained promotion to the active roster in October 2017. He suffered a fractured forearm and was placed on injured reserve.
A year later, he was waived by the Giants to make room for wide receiver Bennie Fowler.

2. He Joined Los Angeles Rams’ Practice Squad In December 2018
The NFL player was signed to the Los Angeles Rams practice squad on 12th December 2018. Two months later, he signed a reserve/future deal with the Rams in February 2019. After 6 months, the cornerback was waived during the last roster cuts.
However, he was re-signed the following day to the Rams’ practice squad and elevated to the active roster in November 2019. He re-signed a year deal on 30th March 2020.
